Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders are processed usually within 2-4 days upon payment approval and stock availability. Items will be dispatched on regular working days, excluding holidays. Once your purchase is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number per email.
All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal.

Our store shipping costs are excluded from the product price and will be added during the final calculation of your purchase, just before checkout.

We do our best to complete your orders as soon as possible.
Please note, we work with artisans and small manufactures. Delivery times may be influenced due to manual production processes. We will keep you informed in case we cannot ship within the established time.

Please note that we are not responsible for import fees, taxes, VAT or any other custom fees should your package be processed by customs.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as the item has its original conditions and returns with original packaging.

All items are handmade in natural or derived materials. Therefore each product has its unique character and may differ slightly in color, shape or texture from the one shown in our site. Natural patterns (in wood or cork) as well as textures and colour tones in ceramics are most certainly different from the pictures shown on our online shop. Whenever possible we show several examples of the same product to give a notion of their natural differences. Buying at our store means you are appreciating these characteristics. Please have this in mind while ordering or returning items.

Make sure to use a traceable carrier for the return process. We cannot be responsible for missing packages and will be forced to deny refund or credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your request. We will then send you a voucher in the same value or process the refund. Either way we will send you a confirmation email.
